I had this idea for a shoot for a long time,
I'm sure you can tell what it is inspired by?

That right eyebrow! Thanks Dad. My older sister came over after her son's soccer game (tie). My younger sister had a photo shoot and was getting her hair done.

Later, Hollie, came into my room and saw some feathers, part of my headband supplies.

She constructed them in my hair and went headed outside to photograph it.

The day was warm.

I have waited through the snow and wet socks to be in the warmth.

It's here and I am nervous it too will swept by quickly.

So I've committed to be on my bike in the trails, in my shoes, along the bench, running, and with my camera,

capturing what summer mornings, days, evenings and nights look like.

But more importantly I'll be on the boat, being me.

Taking pictures has always been yummy to me!

Creativity is the innate ability every individual is born with. It is subject to all aspects of our lives, and begins with a choice whether it is unconscious or conscious.
Therefore, creativity is defined as an intellectual capacity to see things in the world and choose to make connections to them in any manner.
President Dieter F. Uchtdorf
Second Counselor in the First Presidency, of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, states; “The desire to create is one of the deepest yearnings of the human soul. No matter our talents, education, backgrounds, or abilities, we each have an inherent wish to create something that did not exist before. Everyone can create. You don’t need money, position, or influence in order to create something of substance or beauty. Creation brings deep satisfaction and fulfillment. We develop ourselves and others when we take unorganized matter into our hands and mold it into something of beauty.”

Many may speculate the ability one has to evaluate creativity. Questions may arise; how does one stimulate the creativity side? What part of the brain is the creative side? What elements or characteristics make a person creative? Can science tells us what is happening in the brain pertaining to creativity? Can you measure creativity and who is the judge of creativity? Does nature or nurture play a role in people?
Amongst these questions, it is never too late to choose to create. I heard a lecture given by Nancy Andreasen, Andrew H. Woods Chair of Psychiatry, Director of the Mental Health Clinic Research Center, University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, Iowa City, IA.
She addresses that creativeness sometimes is stereotyped by those in the same field. External recognition and a democracy of sorts, that one must achieve for their creativity works to be accepted or good enough for others. This idea on a grand scale is false. For there are many examples, Van Gogh, being one of them. He was never accepted among his society and peers for his work during the large part of his life. However, he chose to push through his opposition of peers and opinions and that later put him in the position to be revered. Even though he did not experience much of his fame in his lifetime, he demonstrated the ability to choose to continue to put his ideas and dreams down on paper, canvas and whatever else he chose.

in the sole ability to choose. A utility to show the concept will surface, allowing one to continue in this process.
In the history of Art, when society was trying to shape their world, they proposed creativity tests. These were created and given to deem one creative. It seems incomplete to predict something so vague, these tests, which never defined creativity, failed for their only product was a loss of validity to what creativity truly was.
Because it is a choice to create, the tests become irrelevant quickly, as people realized people that were unaware whether they were creative geniuses gave them or not. In the aspect of choosing to create, all previous attempts to define one as creative seem vague.
Making a personal decision to prepare plans, whether mental or physical is the key to maintaining our creative nature. A personal decision isn’t always something we are conscious of doing when we are younger and impressed by the world around us. To a degree, the principles of nature and nurtures take place in the realm of creativity. Often times, we can be impressed upon by the environment we were raised in. To create more or less is sometimes dependent on our utilities. Some people are not able to make the choice or have the opportunity to execute out all their ideas and dreams to the fullest.
Many people who consider being creative recognize that there are ways and manners to be creative, but the capacity always remained. They recognize it was about the movement to be act upon the initial thought.
An impromptu actor can attribute his creativity to a simple method of recognizing the phrase “Yes. And” and acting upon it. As he does so, he opens the door to entertain more people and ideas.
There are other people that attribute their successes or creative process to the “ah ha” moment when they thought a lot about their ideas or dreams and even pondered the possibility to degrees that allowed them other capabilities to act upon those thoughts, creating a means to an end.
As we look into the patent office, we are able to see this brainwork in action. A need is created and the means is produced to accomplish the initial thought or idea. Most of those examples happen when we are exactly focused on the dream or idea, but the choice to make the connection is where it always begins. We must train ourselves to act upon the connections we make to become and maintain our creativity.
People, who are creative, force themselves to put words on blank pages. They have felt the pain of rejection and even thrive upon it. They ask questions and wonder about the unknown. Everything is interesting to them. The characteristics are more than personality traits, for the manner of creativity is a type of discipline. We must get away from the term of creative streaks, but something more habitual.

We can subtract our process of creating by diminishing our capacity to focus on one thing. As we add our discipline to focus on one peculiar thought or idea.
Originally takes a huge amount of persistence. That is how the job will get done. To narrow done what is going on around you to accomplish further results.
It is okay to never know the ending to our ideas and dreams, for when they end, we aren’t allowed to continue along that path. There is no end.
